Gymnasium SSST held its Open Day, during which prospective students and their parents had the opportunity to learn more about the school’s modern educational approach, academic programs, and extracurricular activities.
During the event, visitors toured the school premises and became familiar with various student sections and activities carried out with the support of teaching staff.
The program was presented by students and teachers through a wide range of creative and educational content from different fields. Activities included presentations from the arts and language sections, as well as content from social sciences. Through interdisciplinary activities, topics from geography, history, sociology, and psychology were presented, while a special segment was dedicated to interactive English language learning through practical and creative methods. Students also showcased additional school sections and projects reflecting the diversity of the academic program.
The Principal of Gymnasium SSST, Senad Alić, emphasized that the school is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and continues to experience growing interest in enrollment.
“Our school provides an environment where students develop knowledge and skills that prepare them for further academic education. The high school period is important and passes very quickly, which is why it is essential for students to make the most of it, with the support of teachers and parents, in order to be ready for future academic challenges,” he said.
The Chair of the School Board of Gymnasium SSST, Emina Ganić, highlighted the importance of continuity and the quality of education developed over the years.
“Gymnasium SSST is not measured only by outstanding students, but by the stability and continuity of the educational process we have built. Over the past ten years, we have developed a system that continues to grow and evolve, with strong links to the University SSST. Our goal is to encourage students to develop critical thinking and acquire knowledge that will enable them to successfully continue their education and professional development,” she stated.
The Open Day, attended by the founder of the University SSST, Academician Ejup Ganić, together with representatives of the management and teaching staff, further highlighted the institutional connection within SSST.
Gymnasium SSST continues to develop a modern educational model that promotes knowledge, creativity, and critical thinking, preparing students for successful higher education both locally and internationally.
